At multiple points in our lives, we find ourselves wondering what is the point? What is our individual purpose on this planet? What am I supposed to do? How do I make a difference? The questions are haunting and once they start they never end. We go on mini-quests; reading books, binging youtube videos, and asking friends and family the big questions wondering if anyone has figured it out. But the ultimate truth is that everyone has to look inwards to answer those questions. And it is what I did; the 2019/2020 season has been one of self-discovery for me. I had to let go of a lot to get to reach the core of what I wanted to do and achieve.

One of the books that helped me get to acceptance of my purpose was the War of Art by Steven Pressfield. I’ve been studying the 181 pages thoroughly trying to put my finger on all the emotions the author is describing.
